      1、可編程序控制器自動控制。起重機各機構的運行要依靠程序控制裝置來實現,現在起重機多使用可程序控制器來控制。

      4、大車運行機構的糾偏和電氣同步。糾偏分為人為糾偏和自動糾偏,人為糾偏是當糾偏超過一定值后,糾偏信號發生器發出信號,司機斷開超前支腿側的電動機,接通滯后支腿偏的電動機進行調整。自動糾偏是當偏斜超過一定值時,糾偏指令發生器發出指令,系統進行自動糾偏。電氣同步是在交流傳動中,常用帶有均衡電動機的電軸系統來實現電氣同步。
